Pumpkin/Calabaza Dip
This super fun pumpkin dip is perfect a dessert or midday snack. It goes great with graham crackers, cookies, and apple slices!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup calabaza Arjuna
- 3/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and the fresh Vega Calabaza (pumpkin) together with an electric mixer on medium speed in a bowl until light and creamy, 3 to 5 minutes
- Add maple syrup and cinnamon and beat until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add cinnamon for garnish
