Pumpkin/Calabaza Dip

This super fun pumpkin dip is perfect a dessert or  midday snack. It goes great with graham crackers, cookies, and apple slices!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup calabaza Arjuna
  • 3/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and the fresh Vega Calabaza (pumpkin) together with an electric mixer on medium speed in a bowl until light and creamy, 3 to 5 minutes
  • Add maple syrup and cinnamon and beat until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add cinnamon for garnish
  • Enjoy!
